Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 22 August 2026

Welcome to Al-Noor Jewels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of jewellery and other products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Al-Noor Jewels

Business Address: Via duomo, 126 Napoli, Italy

For questions about an order or these Terms & Conditions, please contact us at info@anstore.it.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method selected.
  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes.

If you are under 18, you should make purchases only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Our Products

Al-Noor Jewels sells jewellery and related items.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours, weights, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen and display settings
  • Photography and lighting
  • Manufacturing processes
  • Hand-finishing
  • Natural stones and materials

Natural stones, pearls, and similar materials may contain differences in colour, pattern, shape, texture, or appearance. Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes, and the appearance of the item received may vary slightly from the images displayed online.

4. Jewellery Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when purchasing rings, bracelets, necklaces, or other size-dependent products.

Please review the relevant sizing information before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, contact us at info@anstore.it before placing your order.

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer does not constitute a product defect.

This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to eligible returns.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it.

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide:

  • An alternative product;
  • A revised delivery estimate; or
  • A refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without prior notice.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Where applicable, prices will include VAT or other applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any additional costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

7. Pricing Errors

Although we take reasonable care to display accurate prices, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error after you place an order, we may contact you before processing the order.

You may then choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

If an obvious pricing error makes fulfilment unreasonable and the order has not already been validly completed, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue any applicable refund, subject to consumer protection law.

8. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by confirming processing or shipment, depending on our checkout process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Incorrect product information
  • Payment failure
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Suspected unauthorised purchasing activity

Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded where required.

9. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Your payment details may be processed according to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant payment provider.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

  • Courier delays
  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs procedures
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the agreed or legally required timeframe.

11. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Al-Noor Jewels is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

12. Risk During Delivery

For consumer purchases where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods generally remains with us until you, or a person designated by you, physically receives them, as required by applicable consumer law.

If your parcel appears damaged, lost, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@anstore.it.

13. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the date you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Contact:

Email: info@anstore.it

You may provide your name, order number, product details, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

14. Returning Products After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where they were properly informed of this obligation.

Returned items should, where reasonably possible:

  • Include their original packaging;
  • Include accessories and documentation supplied with them; and
  • Be adequately protected during return shipping.

You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be necessary for such inspection.

15. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments that must be reimbursed under applicable consumer law.

This generally includes the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods; or
  • You provide evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

16. Personalised and Custom-Made Jewellery

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are:

  • Made specifically to your specifications;
  • Clearly personalised;
  • Custom engraved;
  • Custom-sized where the item has been specially manufactured or permanently altered specifically for you; or
  • Otherwise individually customised at your request.

Please check all personalised information, including names, initials, dates, wording, sizes, and engraving instructions, carefully before placing your order.

Once production of a customised product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

This exclusion does not remove your rights where a personalised product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrect; or
  • Materially different from its description.

Contact us at:

info@anstore.it

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the problem.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable.

18. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers purchasing goods in the European Union benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable EU and Italian consumer protection law.

For new consumer goods, this generally provides at least two years of legal protection from delivery for lack of conformity.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, appropriate remedies may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Price reduction; or
  • Termination of the contract and refund.

The appropriate remedy depends on the nature and circumstances of the lack of conformity.

Any commercial warranty we may offer is separate from and does not limit your statutory legal guarantee rights.

19. Jewellery Care and Normal Wear

Jewellery requires appropriate care.

Depending on the material, jewellery may be affected by:

  • Water
  • Moisture
  • Perfume
  • Cosmetics
  • Chemicals
  • Cleaning products
  • Chlorine
  • Salt water
  • Perspiration
  • Excessive heat
  • Impact
  • Scratching
  • Improper storage

Plated or coated jewellery may gradually show signs of wear over time depending on use and care.

Normal deterioration caused by reasonable wear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow appropriate care instructions is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under consumer protection law.

20. Product Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers with known sensitivities or allergies to specific metals or materials should review available product material information carefully before purchasing.

If you require additional information regarding the composition of a product, please contact info@anstore.it before ordering.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide available material information.

21. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Al-Noor Jewels may offer:

  • Discount codes
  • Promotional pricing
  • Special offers
  • Seasonal promotions

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including:

  • Expiration dates
  • Minimum order amounts
  • Product exclusions
  • Usage limits
  • Customer eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject a promotion that has been obtained or used fraudulently.

22. Website Accounts

If our website allows customers to create accounts, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Written content
  • Website layout
  • Videos
  • Marketing materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify our protected content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, social networks, couriers, or other websites.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

26. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Italian or European Union law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Al-Noor Jewels will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach.

We are not responsible for business losses suffered by customers purchasing products wholly for commercial or business purposes except where otherwise agreed or required by law.

27. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, where permitted by law.

These circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Transport disruptions
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Courier disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such events.

28. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to:

  • Our services;
  • Our website;
  • Our business practices; or
  • Applicable laws and regulations.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed.

The latest version will be published on this website with the updated revision date.

30. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable European Union or national legislation.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections applicable to you under the law.

31. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to an order, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter:

Email: info@anstore.it

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to use any alternative dispute resolution procedure or competent court available to you under applicable law.

For consumers, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
